Payment

The price stated on the product page includes VAT. The price includes e-Scooter, liability insurance (only applies to German customers), Powercharger and DHL preferred day delivery. Payment options are credit card, Amazon Pay and Paypal (installment, invoice or credit card). Advance payment is currently not possible.

Delivery

The delivery of your e-Scooter will be handled by DHL. After shipment of the product you will receive an email with tracking information. In case of failure to deliver, you will be notified by e-mail (your product will be deposited at the nearest DHL station).

Delivery time Germany: 2-4 working days, free delivery.
Delivery time Austria: 9-12 working days, free delivery.
Delivery time Finland: 9-12 working days, 19€ delivery fee.
National and regional holidays are excluded.

Returns

Should you experience any technical difficulties with your myTIER GO, our team will do our best to resolve them. There are different ways how we can help you, depending on the nature of the problem. If you still wish to return your myTIER GO, please contact our customer service team at mytier@tier.app. Our customer service will provide you with a return label with which you can deliver your myTIER GO to your nearest post office.

In the case of a normal return due to dissatisfaction, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.
