The myTIER GO e-scooter is different from the scooter you can rent via TIER scooter sharing: with its simpler software and lighter design (including its folding mechanism), it is more user-friendly and adapted for private use. On the way to work or for a weekend tour through the city: with myTIER you are safe, comfortable and sustainable on the go.

The myTIER GO accelerates smoothly and evenly with its powerful 600-watt motor, giving you a comfortable and safe riding experience. The dual suspension of the 9.5 inch front wheel takes care of the rest. With up to 20 km/h and a maximum range of 30km**, your myTIER GO will get you to your destination swiftly and safely.
Reliable
The aluminum frame of your myTIER GO can support a load of up to 100 kg. Three independently functioning brakes, the integrated bell and strong front and rear lights work together to provide a smooth and safe riding experience. Plus, you are always informed while on the go, thanks to the integrated display showing speed and battery charge.

Registration in the TIER app is required in order to use your myTIER. You can register your myTIER with your individual identification number and the appropriate access code and lock / unlock it with your Bluetooth access key. The myTIER GO e-scooter is different from the scooter you can rent via TIER scooter sharing. With its simpler software and lighter design (including its folding mechanism), it is more user-friendly and adapted for individuals.
Is the myTIER GO second-hand?
No, each myTIER GO is a brand new e-scooter and not refurbished, like the first generation myTIER.
How long will battery last?
The exact battery performance may vary individually depending on the usage. High-quality Panasonic cells were used to create the battery on the myTIER e-scooter. Even after 400 charging cycles, if handled properly and the charging instructions from the operating manual are followed, the battery shouldn't lose more than 40% its capacity.
Can the e-scooter battery be replaced?
The myTIER GO does not have a replaceable battery. Given the available battery power, this is not necessary for regular private use.
How does the return work?

Do I need a driver's license to ride a myTIER GO?
You can ride your myTIER GO without a driver's license.
How do I unlock and operate the myTIER?

- Register an account
- Go to the myTIER section in the app
- Connect your e-scooter in the app with the Bluetooth password included in the shipping box
Can I plug my charger into any power outlet and charge my e-scooter?
Yes, the myTIER GO can be charged at any power outlet as long as it is not damaged. Please make sure that your charger or e-scooter is not wet while charging.
How does the warranty work?
The myTIER GO is a new product and therefore the legal warranty period of 24 months is applicable.
